Prenatal/Postnatal Massage (1 hour)
Prenatal massage is given when the expectant woman is laying on her side, propped up with firm bolsters or supported by a body cushion, and is intended to alleviate problems with sleep, digestion, physical discomfort, and the unique symptoms that arise throughout each stage of pregnancy. Postpartum massage is intended to ease the strain on the new mother's body and mind.
